Exhibitor Registration Information
Online registration has reached capacity. We are not able to accept additional registrations. We will not be able to accept any onsite registrations due to the space limitations.
The registration fee through September 9, 2019, is $900 for a tabletop booth. For exhibitors registering after September 9, the registration fee will be $1200. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card.
Each booth will be supplied with (1) six-foot draped and skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Any electrical, computer, or equipment needs must be ordered directly through the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.
Exhibitor registration may not be available on-site. Exhibitors must register by September 9, 2019 to be included in the conference signage and program, assuming space is still available.
Payment
Payment must be postmarked by September 9, 2019, to avoid the late fee. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Please make checks (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-PMD19. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Note:
- There are a limited number of exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the booth you desire!
- Exhibitor registration fee covers conference participation for ONE booth representative. (ONE representative will receive participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfast, breaks, and the lunch.)
- Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant. All meals are included in the conference registration fee.

Cancellations
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m (CST), September 23, 2019, will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after September 23, 2019.
