Registration Fees
NOTE:
- Exhibitors may set-up starting at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2020.
- The exhibit area will be open September 1-3, 2020.
- All booths must shut down by 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 3, 2020.
The registration fee through July 20, 2020:
- $1000 for 10′ x 10′ space
After July 20, 2020:
- $1200 for 10′ x 10′ space
Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee is received. For questions concerning your booth location, please contact EM&P.
- There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.
- Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for ONE representative. Each additional person must register as a conference participant.
- One draped and skirted 6′ table
- Two chairs
- Small wastebasket
Conference badges will be required to gain admittance to the Exhibit Hall.

Refunds/Cancellations
Requests must be received in writing by EM&P no later than July 31, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. CST. The registration will be refunded, less $50 handling fee.
