We are preparing for the 2022 ITS Texas Annual Meeting in San Marcos. Clear your schedules, register for the conference, reserve a room at the conference hotel, and make your plans to attend. Join us for the first time, or perhaps come join us again for this spectacular conference, including a Wednesday night social event open to all registrants. The ITS Texas board is also hard at work planning a training workshop, educational technical sessions and insightful speakers. Online Registration
Register for the 2022 Annual Meeting as:

Note:
- Early registration is available until Friday, August 12, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. (Central).
- Online registration is available until Friday, September 9, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. (Central).
- After September 9, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. (Central), registration will be available on-site during the annual meeting.
Please make check or money order (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-ITS22. Event Management&Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
On-Site Registration
Conference registration will be available at the hotel immediately prior to the conference. An on-site registration fee of $395 for members and $445 for non-members will be in effect during that time. Check, money order, exact cash, and credit card payments will be accepted on-site.
On-site registration will be available at the meeting hotel starting at the following times:
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday, September 28
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Thursday, September 29
- 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.; Friday, September 30
Cancellations
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P ([email protected]) by 5:00 p.m., September 5, 2022, will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee.
No refunds will be made after September 5, 2022.
Hotel Reservations
Please be sure to make your hotel reservations now with the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center & Spas.
If you need to call the hotel, don’t forget to mention that you are with the 2022 ITS Texas Annual Meeting to book at the conference rate.
Overflow Hotel
ITS 2022 conference attendees can now book their reservations for the overflow hotel, Holiday Inn Express San Marcos. There are two ways to make your reservation:
- You may call the hotel front desk at (512) 392-6355, mention that you are with the “ITS 2022 Conference Group” or use group code “ITS,” and the front desk will book your reservation.
- You may also book your reservation online.
