Breakout Session registration is on a first come, first served basis and space is limited. During registration, you will have an opportunity to select breakout sessions you want to attend. About the Conference
Welcome to the 5th Annual Texas A&M Transportation Technology Conference. Speakers this year will highlight how smart transportation contributes to smart communities. The conference includes general sessions, breakout sessions, student posters, and tours of research facilities and projects underway at the Texas A&M University RELLIS Campus.

Registration and Payment Information
Pre-registration is required to ensure you are able to participate in the TRB Centennial Celebration – Texas Style and the 5th Annual Texas A&M Technology Conference.
Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CST), October 16 for the Celebrating the TRB Centennial Texas Style. No on-site registration is available for the TRB Centennial Celebration. On-site registration is available for the Technology Conference. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624. Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-TECH20. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Cancellations/Refunds
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm (CST), September 11, 2020 will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after September 11.

All hotel reservations must be received by Monday, September 21, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.

Rules and Restrictions
A limited number of rooms are available at the prevailing government rate. Non-government rooms are available at the special discounted rate of $129.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card at the time or reservation.
Valid Government Identification with photo will be required upon check in for all rooms at the government rate.
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation, and upon check-in, shall be applied to the final night of the stay. The deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to arrival and confirmation number is obtained.
