TTI Day Charity – MADD - Mothers Against Drunk Driving

The mission of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is to end drunk driving, help fight drugged driving, support the victims of these violent crimes, and prevent underage drinking. Laura Dean Mooney became a MADD volunteer in 1993 after her husband was tragically killed by a drunk driver. Laura passed away last fall. This cause was chosen to honor her memory.

You will have the opportunity to donate online during the registration process or donate cash/checks on site.

FAQs

  • Where is TTI Day 2020?
The event will be at the Brazos Center.

  • What time does TTI Day start?
Name badge pick up starts at 8:30 a.m. at the Brazos Center. The program begins at 9:30 a.m.

  • What about lunch?
We will have a hot lunch. We heard your feedback—TTI people hate sandwiches! Ok, ok, ok, we’ll have a hot lunch.

    Menu will be announced SOON!

  • What about parking?
Free parking at the Brazos Center!

  • Can I get one of those fun ribbons for my nametag this year?
Yes! AND—you will have an even larger selection this year to choose from. Due to multiple requests, extra “Awesomesauce”, “Cray-Cray”, “Curmudgeon,” “Goober,” and “I see no good reason to act my age” ribbons will be available this year.

  • Seriously, do I really have to register?
Yes! Everybody needs to register for TTI Day if they are going to attend. We only order food for the number of people who register!

It will take you less than 1 minute to complete, even if you have an AOL dial-up internet connection.

If you don’t register, you’ll have to wear a hand-written name tag, and get in the food line last. You might find that there is only wilted salad and dry green beans left when you get to the buffet. So—just register!

  • What else do I need to know?
Wow—you read to the end! That’s great! First person who actually reads this far, and sends an email with a description of your favorite cow in the pasture that’s across Hwy 21 from our building on the RELLIS Campus to [email protected] will win a super cool prize package that may or may not include a new car. (BUT—you still need to register, too!)
