In order to have a successful and safe event, registration will be limited this year. There will be no onsite registrations, so register early. We look forward to seeing you.

Registration Fees and Payment Information

Pre-registration is mandatory for this event. There will be no onsite registration.

Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) PEPS employees are not required to pay a registration fee for this conference. However, pre-registration is required.

NOTE: Online registration will be available until 5:00 p.m. (CST), November 5, 2021. No onsite registration will be available.

Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CST), October 29, 2021 in order to avoid the late fee. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-PEPS21 and mail payment to TTI EM&P. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

The check-in/information desk will be open:

Cancellations/Refunds

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm (CST), Friday, November 5, 2021 will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after November 5, 2021.

Hotel Reservations

Accommodations have been arranged at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center located at 1001 E. McCarty Lane, San Marcos, Texas, 78666. All hotel reservations must be received by Sunday, November 1 at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.

Please note that all TxDOT employees will need to pay for their rooms. This rate is not through Hotel Engine.
