Registration Fees and Payment Information
Registration is mandatory to attend this event. PEPS employees are not required to pay a registration fee for this conference, but must still register.
TxDOT employees will be able to complete the registration process without indicating the payment method. TxDOT will be invoiced after the conference for all TxDOT participants.

Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CST), November 17, 2023 in order to avoid the onsite fee. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-PEPS23 and mail payment to TTI EM&P. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Cancellations
There are no cancellations for this event, but you may transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend. Please send transfer requests to [email protected] by November 17, 2023.
Hotel Reservations
Accommodations have been arranged at the Moody Gardens Hotel located at Seven Hope Boulevard, Galveston, Texas, 77554. All hotel reservations must be received by Monday, November 13, at 5:00 p.m. (CST), or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
Please note that all TxDOT employees will need to pay for their rooms upon arrival. Reservations for Moody Gardens are not available through Hotel Engine.
