Exhibitor Registration Information
The registration fee through July 18 is $1100 for a tabletop booth. No registrations for exhibitors after this date. Exhibitors must register by July 18, 2023, to be included in the conference signage and program, assuming space is still available.
Each booth will be supplied with (1) six-foot draped and skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Any electrical, computer, or equipment needs must be ordered directly through the event property.
Payment
Event Management & Planning (EM&P) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments.
Note:
- There are a limited number of exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the booth you desire!
- Exhibitor registration fee covers conference participation for ONE booth representative. (ONE representative will receive participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfast, breaks, and the lunch.)
- Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant. All meals are included in the conference registration fee.
- A floor plan will be sent to you upon the receipt of your payment. Booth locations will be assigned on a space-available basis in the order that payment is received.

Cancellations
There are no cancellations for this event, but you may transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend. Please send transfer requests to [email protected] by July 28, 2023.
