We are pleased to invite you to attend and participate in the TxDOT 2023 Environmental Conference in San Marcos. This year’s conference will consist of a half-day general session, and two and a half days of breakout sessions designed to assist you in navigating the environmental process for transportation projects. Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference.
Registration must be received by August 4 at 11:59 p.m. (CST), in order to receive the reduced regular fee.
TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
EM&P accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

The registration/information desk will be open during the following times:

Refunds/Cancellations
Requests must be received in writing by EM&P no later than August 1, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (CST). The registration will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
Transfers
Registration fees may be transferred to another name in lieu of requesting a refund. To request a transfer prior to September 7, please e-mail [email protected]. Transfer requests after September 7 will be accepted on-site, at no charge.
Speaker Information
Speakers should register online.
Note: Speakers must register for the conference even if you only plan to attend your session. We need your information so we can have conference materials ready for you when you arrive.

Hotel Reservations
Overflow Hotel
Our room block at Embassy Suites San Marcos has sold out. We have arranged for overflow accommodations at the Holiday Inn Express. You may book your reservation for the overflow hotel online or by calling (512) 392-6355. You need to reference “TxDOT Environmental Conference” when you call.
Accommodations have been arranged at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, located at 1001 E. McCarty Lane, San Marcos, Texas. All hotel reservations must be received by Friday, August 12, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
