Registration Fees
NOTE:
- Exhibitors may set-up starting at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 11, 2023.
- The exhibit area will be open September 12–14, 2023.
- All booths must shut down by 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 14, 2023.
The registration fee through August 5, 2023:
- $1000 for 10′ x 10′ space (30 spaces available)
August 6 – August 14, 2023 (closes at 11:59 p.m. if limit has not been reached):
- $1200 for 10′ x 10′ space
Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee is received. For questions concerning your booth location, please contact EM&P
- There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.
- Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for ONE representative. Each additional person must register as a conference participant.
- One 6′ table
- Two chairs
- Small wastebasket
Conference badges will be required to gain admittance to the Exhibit Hall.

Refunds/Cancellations
Requests must be received in writing by EM&P no later than August 1, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. (CST). The registration will be refunded, less $50 handling fee.
