Registration Fees & Payment Information
Pre-registration recommended; this would help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name-tag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel. The fee is $250 until 11:59 p.m. CST, January 21, 2022. A late fee of $75 will be applied after that time.
TxDOT employees are exempt from the registration fee, but must register in advance for the conference.

NOTE: Online registration will be available until 11:59 p.m. CST, February 11, 2022. After this date, please plan to register on-site at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center in San Marcos.
You are encouraged to register online. Please make check or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Avtn2022. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. NO PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI-EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
The registration fee covers conference handouts, break refreshments, Wednesday and Thursday evening activities, including the awards banquet.
Cancellation
A $50 handling fee will apply to all cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. (CST), January 21, 2022. No refunds processed after this date.

Special Activities
Golf Tournament
A golf tournament is scheduled for 8:00 a.m., March 2, at the Plum Creek Golf Course in Kyle, Texas. Separate registration is required.
First Time Attendee Orientation
If you are attending for the first time, traveling solo, or want the chance to meet other attendees before the Get-Acquainted Reception begins, we urge you to attend the First Time Attendee Orientation. Attending a conference for the first time can be a bit overwhelming, this “orientation” will provide an opportunity for attendees to meet friendly faces before the conference begins. This is an informal event, on Wednesday evening, before the opening reception in the exhibit hall.
Get-Acquainted Reception
A get acquainted reception is planned for Wednesday evening from 5:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. The reception will be in the Exhibit Area at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center with hors d’oeuvres.
Awards Banquet
Plan to join us on Thursday evening for the Awards Banquet. All registered participants are encouraged to attend. Guest tickets are available for $55. You can purchase guest tickets online when registering for the conference.
Hotel Reservations
The Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center is holding a block of rooms for our use at a group rate of $134. We encourage everyone who needs a sleeping room, at the group rate, to make a reservation immediately. You may make your reservation online.
We anticipate the rooms will be booked quickly. Make reservations by Sunday, January 30, 2022 to receive the discounted rates. After this date, rooms may be available at a higher rate.
