Raymond E. Stotzer, Jr. Award

Established in 1990 by Robert C. Lanier of Houston, Texas, the Raymond E. Stotzer, Jr. award recognizes outstanding leadership, dedication and service to the Texas Department of Transportation by a department employee who is not a professional engineer. Eligible employees include those who have been with the department for at least four years and who are not a registered professional engineer. The award is administered by TTI through TTI’s Business Office. The recipient receives $1,000 and a plaque recognizing his or her leadership, dedication and service to the department.
