  • Q: Can anyone attend this event?
    A: YES!

  • Q: Who should I contact if I have problems logging into the online event?
    A: The help desk is open Thursday, August 19, 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Please e-mail [email protected] and carefully detail your problem.

  • Q: When will I receive my log-in information for the online event?
    A: Registrants will receive their log-in information a couple of days before the event.

  • Q: My coworkers didn’t register in advance. Can they still register?
    A: Registrations will be accepted only through August 16 at 5:00 p.m.

  • Q: How do we receive our PDHs?
    A: Please go to the PDH tab on the web page. You are responsible for tracking your own PDHs.
