This session will step through the requirements of the Administrative Qualifications and Precertification processes. Administrative Qualification is the process to verify that a firm has an indirect cost rate that meets department requirements. Precertification establishes the minimum technical qualifications to perform work under a standard work category.

This session will cover the purpose of the evaluation, how evaluation scores are used in the selection process, what to do if the firm or the project manager does not have evaluations on file, and the changes to the prime provider evaluation process.
