Exhibitor Registration Information
The registration fee through June 8, 2018 is $500 for a tabletop booth. After June 8, 2018, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, or credit card. Registration at the event will be an additional $100 so be sure to register in advance.
Each booth will be supplied with (1) six foot draped and skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, one electrical outlet, and Wi-Fi access. For any extra electrical, computer, or equipment needs please order these directly through the Sugar Land Marriott Towne Square . You can reach out to Cambria Wallace at [email protected].
Exhibitor registration may not be available on-site. Exhibitors must register by June 8, 2018, assuming space is still available.
Payment
Payment must be postmarked by June 8, 2018 to avoid the late fee. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Please make checks (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Safety18. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Note:
- There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the booth you desire!
- Exhibitor registration fee covers conference participation for ONE booth representative. (ONE representative will receive participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, and the lunch).
- Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant. All meals are included in the conference registration fee.

Cancellations
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. July 8, 2018 will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after July 8, 2018.

A floor plan will be sent to you upon the receipt of your payment. Booth locations will be assigned on a space-available basis in the order that payment is received.
Activities
The Exhibitors Welcome Reception is on Wednesday, August 8, 2018. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive special recognition at this time. A luncheon will be hosted at the The Sugar Land Marriott Towne Square Thursday, August 9, 2018.
