Registration Fees and Payment Information
Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag and program will be ready when you arrive at the hotel.
Professional Engineering Procurement Services (PEPS) employees are not required to pay a registration fee for this conference. However, please register so that a name tag will be available for you upon check-in at the conference.

Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CST), October 15, 2018 in order to avoid the late fee. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-PEPS18 and mail payment to TTI EM&P. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Cancellations/Refunds
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm (CST) Monday, November 5, 2018 will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after November 5, 2018.

Accommodations have been arranged at the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center, located at 1900 University Avenue Austin, TX 78705. All hotel reservations must be received by Monday, November 5 at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
