Exhibitor Registration Fees
- Exhibitors may set-up starting at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2018.
- The exhibit area will be open June 5-7, 2018.
- All booths must be shut down by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2018.
The registration fee through Tuesday, May 1, 2018 is:
- $800 for 10′ x 10′ space
- $700 for a 6′ x 8′ tabletop display.
After May 1, 2018 the registration fee will be assessed a $200 late fee. Exhibitors must register by Tuesday, May 8, 2018 assuming space is still available. Exhibitor registration is not available on-site.
Payment must be postmarked by May 1, 2018 to avoid the late fee. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee is received.
- There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.
- Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for ONE representative. Each additional person must register as a conference participant.

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, May 4, 2018, will be refunded, less $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
