Registration Fees and Payment Information
Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag and program will be ready when you arrive at the hotel.
PEPS employees are not required to pay a registration fee for this conference. However, registration is required so that a name tag will be available for you upon check-in at the conference.

NOTE: Online registration will be available until 5:00 p.m. (CST), November 1, 2019. After this date, please plan to register on-site at the Embassy Suites Hotel.
Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CST), October 4, 2019 in order to avoid the late fee. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-PEPS19 and mail payment to TTI EM&P. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Cancellations/Refunds
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm (CST), Friday, November 1, 2019 will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after November 1, 2019.
Hotel Reservations
Accommodations have been arranged at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center located at 1001 E. McCarty Lane, San Marcos, Texas, 78666. All hotel reservations must be received by Sunday, October 20 at 5:00 p.m.(CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
