Exhibitor Registration Fees
- Exhibitors may set-up starting at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, March 26, 2019.
- The exhibit area will be open from 5:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
- All booths must be shut down by 10:00 p.m.
The registration fee until 5:00 p.m. CST, February 12, 2019 is:
- (2) $1500 Premium space (Center)
- (4) $1150 Premium space (4 Corners)
- (33) $900 Regular space
After that time, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. Spaces assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee.
- There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up and pay early to insure you get the space you desire!
- All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.
- Exhibitor registration fees include participation for TWO representatives. For each additional person, please indicate their names on the exhibitor registration form and submit an additional $85 per person.
- Spaces include one draped and skirted 6′ table, two chairs, and a small wastebasket.

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. CST on February 12, 2019 will be refunded, less $50 handling fee. No refunds after this date.
Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by February 15, 2019, assuming space is still available.
