We are pleased to invite you to attend and participate in the TxDOT 2020 Environmental Conference in Houston, Texas. This year’s conference will consist of a half day general session, and two and a half days of breakout sessions designed to assist you in navigating the environmental process for transportation projects. Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel.

Registration must be received by July 6, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (CST), in order to receive the reduced early fee.

TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-ENVR20. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

The registration/information desk will be open during the following times:

Refunds/Cancellations

Requests must be received in writing by EM&P no later than July 31, 2020 at 5:00 pm (CST). The registration will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after this date.

Transfers

Registration fees may be transferred to another name in lieu of requesting a refund. To request a transfer prior to August 21, 2020, please e-mail [email protected]. Transfer requests after August 21 will be accepted on-site, at no charge.

Speaker Information

Speakers should register online no later than July 31, 2020.

Note: Speakers must register for the conference even if you only plan to attend your session. We need your information so we can have conference materials ready for you when you arrive.

Hotel Reservations

Accommodations have been arranged at the Omni Houston Hotel, located at 4 Riverway, Houston, Texas. All hotel reservations must be received by Monday, August 10, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
