This event is intended for TxDOT personnel only and not open to the public.
Registration is REQUIRED to ensure we can plan and prepare accordingly. Pre-registration will ensure that your name badge is ready upon arrival to the Drive-Off on November 9, 2022.
TxDOT employees are exempt from the registration fee but must register in advance for the conference.
All guest registrations must be attached to a TxDOT registration. Only ONE (1) guest registration is allowed per TxDOT employee.

Agenda
Tuesday, November 8, 2022: Safety Officers will gather at the Stassney Campus for Safety Development Day and Roadeo Judge’s meeting in the afternoon.
Wednesday, November 9, 2022: The Roadeo Drive Off will take place at the Travis Central Area Office.
Thursday, November 10, 2022: The Awards Ceremony will take place at the TCEA Conference Center, near the Stassney Campus.
Hotels
Please note there will not be a host hotel this year, however most of the activities are happening at or near the Stassney Campus. Hotel reservations will be made at the discretion of each visiting District/Division.
Parking
Due to parking limitations, there will be a scheduled shuttle service from the Stassney Campus to the Travis Central Area Office for the Drive Off. Ceremony Attendance at TCEA may be limited due to occupancy restrictions, and carpooling is strongly encouraged.
