Registration Fees and Payment Information
Registration is mandatory to attend this event. PEPS employees are not required to pay a registration fee for this conference.
PEPS and other TxDOT employees are required to register before close of online registration, November 15 at 5:00 p.m.
TxDOT employees will be able to complete the registration process without indicating the payment method. TxDOT will be invoiced after the conference for all TxDOT participants.

Cancellations
There are no cancellations for this event, but you may transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend. Please send transfer requests to [email protected] by November 15, 2024.
Hotel Reservations
Accommodations have been arranged at the Moody Gardens Hotel located at Seven Hope Boulevard, Galveston, Texas, 77554. All hotel reservations must be received by Monday, November 18, at 5:00 p.m. (CST), or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
Please note that all TxDOT employees will need to pay for their rooms upon arrival. Reservations for Moody Gardens are not available through Hotel Engine.
