Exhibitor Registration Fee
- $1000 – Table-top – SOLD OUT
Includes: 1 draped and skirted 6′ table; 2 chairs; 1 electrical outlet; wireless internet access; and admission for one (1) representative to attend all sessions and meals provided to conference attendees.
Please note: The exhibitor table-top registration fee includes conference participation for ONE (1) representative. Additional representatives may register and pay to attend the meeting as an “Additional Exhibitor Booth Representative.”

Exhibit locations will be assigned on a space-available basis in the order that payment is received. Once you register online and pay your vendor fee, you will be emailed the room layout to select your booth.
Cancellations
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. (CST), March 22, 2024, will be eligible for refund, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be available after this date.

Exhibit Set-up and Removal
- Wednesday, April 3 (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) – Exhibitor booth setup
- Thursday, April 4 (3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) – Exhibitor booth breakdown and removal.
Do not shut down or move out before 3:30 p.m.
Show Hours
