Registration Fees & Payment Information
Pre-registration is recommended; this would help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name-tag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel. The fee is $450 until 5:00 p.m. CST, April 7, 2025. A late fee of $100 will be applied after that time.
TxDOT employees are exempt from the registration fee but must register in advance for the conference.

TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice. The conference is a credit card only event. No checks will be accepted when registering online or onsite.

Online Registration
To register for this conference, use the online registration form. Online registration closes on April 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (CST).
The registration fee covers conference handouts, break refreshments, Monday and Tuesday evening activities, including the awards banquet.
Cancellation
A $50 handling fee will apply to all cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. (CST), April 4, 2025. No refunds processed after this date.

First Time Attendee Orientation
If you are attending for the first time, traveling solo, or want the chance to meet other attendees before the big reception starts, we urge you to attend the First Time Attendee Orientation. Attending a conference for the first time can be a bit overwhelming, we are hoping this “orientation” can give an opportunity for attendees to meet friendly faces before the conference begins. This is an informal meet up on Wednesday evening before the opening reception in the exhibit hall.
Get-Acquainted Reception
A get acquainted reception is planned for Monday evening from 5:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m. The reception will be in the Exhibit Area at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center with hors d’oeuvres.
Awards Banquet
Plan to join us on Tuesday evening for the Awards Banquet. All registered participants are encouraged to attend. Guest tickets are available for $90. You can purchase guest tickets online when registering for the conference.
Hotel Reservations
Accommodations have been arranged at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center located at 3100 Town Center Trail, Denton, Texas, 76201. All hotel reservations must be received by Monday, April 7, at 5:00 p.m. (CST), or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
Please note that all TxDOT employees will need to pay for their rooms upon arrival. Reservations for Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center at our guaranteed rates are not available through Hotel Engine.
