The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Wrong-Way Driving (WWD) workshop is intended to promote effective and proven WWD safety improvements for nationwide installations. The FHWA completed the “Developing Crash Modification Factors for Wrong Way Driving Safety Improvements” study in January of 2022. The WWD workshop is free and available to staffs from: State DOTs, highway transportation agencies, FHWA employees, and FHWA stakeholders (i.e. American Traffic Safety Services Association, and Transportation Research Board).
