Welcome to the 2022 Texas A&M Transportation Technology Conference: Innovative Technologies to Move People and Goods. Come hear highlights on innovative projects addressing mobility and expediting goods movement at the national, state, and local levels. You will also have numerous opportunities to network with your peers.
The conference kicks off with a luncheon on Thursday, September 15, featuring a conversation with Russell Laughlin, Executive Vice President, Hillwood Properties. General sessions on Thursday and Friday highlight innovative technologies to improve safety and mobility and to provide automated ground and aerial goods movement. The use of Big Data for multimodal planning and operations will also be highlighted. The conference wraps up with a luncheon on Friday, September 16, featuring Dr. Bonnie Dunbar, Retired NASA Astronaut, Professor, and Jon & Bea Slattery Chair, Aerospace Engineering, Texas A&M University.
Registration Fees and Payment Information
Pre-registration is recommended to ensure you are able to participate in the conference. By pre-registering, your nametag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel.

Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CST), September 12, 2022, in order to avoid the on-site registration fee. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

Cancellations/Refunds
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. (CST), August 1, 2022, will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after August 1.
Hotel Reservations
Accommodations have been arranged at The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center.
All hotel reservations must be received by August 15, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.

Please note:
- A limited number of rooms are available at the prevailing government rate. Non-government rooms are available at the special discounted rate of $129.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card at the time or reservation.
- Valid Government Identification with photo will be required upon check in for all rooms at the government rate.
- A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation, and upon check-in, shall be applied to the final night of the stay. The deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to arrival and confirmation number is obtained.
