We understand that some individuals have very strict dietary restrictions and may be unable to consume items outside their diet. If you have special dietary needs, you are welcome to bring food to supplement what is being served.
If you have a valid TAMU parking permit, park in Lots 100 A-G (around the sides of Reed Arena) and 100 J (near the Outdoor Adventures entrance of the Rec Center.) (Don’t park in lot 102 directly in front of Reed. It is NOT an “any valid permit” lot.)
If you do not have a valid TAMU parking permit, park in West Campus Garage. Pull a ticket when you enter. At the registration desk, you can exchange that ticket for a green ticket that will allow you to exit at no charge to you.
Registration will be open until May 9 at 11:00 p.m.
Please register now if you plan to attend. It is very important for you to register. We order meals based on how many people register. We don’t want to waste money on meals that are not going to get eaten, and we don’t want to waste meals, so please help us by registering in advance.
If you do not register in advance, you will receive a handwritten name badge when you arrive on site. You will be asked to wait to get in line until all pre-registered attendees have gotten their meals.
In addition, for this year’s TTI Day, each attendee will receive a really cool gift. Each employee will be offered 1 ticket to the Texas A&M Men’s baseball game against South Carolina for May 17, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.
If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us by Wednesday, May 9.
We understand that things come up, and we’re happy to cancel your registration if you can’t be there, just please let us know.

- What time does TTI Day start?
Registration starts at 8:30 in the Rec Center lobby. The program begins at 10:00.
- Is TTI really at the Rec Center again this year?
YES! Our program will be in the Archery Room, and you will have time for FUN after the program concludes!
- What about organized tournaments?
Watch Workplace for opportunities to sign up for tournaments!
- What about lunch?
We will have a picnic lunch on the Terrace at the Rec Center.
- What should I wear?
HAWAIIAN SHIRTS! Only casual clothes allowed! Bermuda shorts, t-shirts, even flip flops are great! If you want to participate in the sporting activities at the Rec Center, bring appropriate attire for your favorite activities. Be sure to bring a swimsuit if you want to get in the pool. No cut-offs are allowed.
- Seriously, we are really going to have fun?
Yes, really! Dominos, volleyball, basketball, swimming, board games, cards…and lots of opportunities chat with your TTI friends and colleagues! Pick what’s fun for you.
- Will “The Rock” be there?
It is our understanding that Bill “The Rock” Stockton will be there, and he is prepared to climb the wall again. Or, at least, that’s what we heard.
- What about parking?
If you have a valid TAMU parking permit, you may park in Lot 100 A-G or Lot 100 J.
Please do NOT park in any other lots around the Rec Center. You will get a parking ticket. Ask your TTI Day chair, Sam Atchison. She learned the hard way last year.
If you do not have a TAMU parking permit, park in West Campus Garage. Pull a ticket when you enter, and you will exchange the ticket at the registration desk for a green ticket that will allow you to exit at no charge to you.
- Do I still have to register?
Yes, you really need to register if you are going to attend. That helps us know how many people to order lunch for! If you don’t register, you’ll have to wear a hand-written name tag, and get in the food line last.
