Registration Information

Registration will be open until Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 11:00 p.m.

Please register now if you plan to attend. It is very important for you to register. We order meals based on how many people register. We don’t want to waste money on meals that are not going to get eaten, and we don’t want to waste meals, so PLEASE help us by registering in advance.

If you do not register in advance, you will receive a handwritten name badge when you arrive on site. You will be asked to wait to get in line until all pre-registered attendees have gotten their meals.

If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us by Wednesday, May 8.

We understand that things come up, and we’re happy to cancel your registration if you can’t be there.

FAQs

  • Where is TTI Day 2019?
The event will be at the Memorial Student Center (MSC)—Bethancourt Ballroom.

  • Is TTI Day different this year?
YES! By popular demand, we will have an abbreviated TTI Day this year. The program will include only the favorite parts and none of the fluff! You will receive a more detailed “State of the Agency” from Greg Winfree, and the presentation of the TTI employee awards. And—we’ll have a delicious hot lunch. We’ll conclude the program by 1:30 p.m., and then, reconvene at our new Headquarters building at RELLIS for dessert!

  • What time does TTI Day start?
Name badge pick up starts at 10:30 a.m. in the MSC Bethancourt Ballroom lobby. The program begins at 11:00 a.m.

  • What about lunch?
We will have a hot lunch. We heard your feedback—no sandwiches!

  • We had fun at TTI day last year. What happened to all the fun?!
There will still be plenty of fun at TTI Day this year. When you come to the new Headquarters Building, you will find the fun! Ice cream, snow cones, cookies, games in the courtyard, time to catch up with your co-workers and more!

  • Will “The Rock” be there?
It is our understanding that Bill “The Rock” Stockton will be there. Unfortunately, he will not be climbing a rock wall, or any other walls, this year.

  • What about parking?
Park in a nearby garage—Cain, West Campus, or University Center garage. When you get your badge, ask for a “green ticket.” Upon exiting the garage, you’ll insert your green ticket after the ticket you pulled when you entered, and the gate will open.

  • Do I really have to register?
Yes! Everybody needs to register for TTI Day if they are going to attend. We only order food for the number of people who register!

It will take you less than 1 minute to complete, even if you have an AOL dial-up internet connection.

If you don’t register, you’ll have to wear a hand-written name tag and get in the food line last. You might find that there is only wilted salad and dry green beans left when you get to the buffet. So—just register!
