Car seat manufacturers or companies directly related to child passenger safety are invited to participate as exhibitors.

Child Safety Industry/Manufacturer Information

A display booth fee will not be charged for car seat manufacturers or companies directly related to child passenger safety. Display booths consist of a draped table, two chairs, and a small wastebasket. There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the booth you desire! A floor plan will be sent to you upon the receipt of your registration.

A standard fee of $30 for basic power, plus a 23% service charge and tax are assessed by DoubleTree by Hilton Austin. See the hotel Exhibitor Packet for more information on available services and fees.

    Exhibitor registration covers complimentary conference participation for ONE booth representative. Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant.

Exhibitor/Vendor Information

The Vendor fee is $500 and applies to industry representatives not directly related to child passenger safety, but selling a product or service that might appeal to conference participants. This fee includes conference registration for one attendee.

Display booths consist of a draped table, two chairs, and a small wastebasket.

A standard fee of $30 for basic power, plus a 23% service charge and tax are assessed by DoubleTree by Hilton Austin. See the hotel Exhibitor Packet for more information on available services and fees.

The registration fee through June 28, 2019 is $500 for a tabletop booth.

Exhibitor registration will not be available on-site. Exhibitors must register by June 28, 2019, assuming space is still available.

Payment

Payment must be postmarked by June 28, 2019.

Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-CPS19. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Note:

  • There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the booth you desire! A floor plan will be sent to you upon the receipt of your registration.
  • Exhibitor registration fee covers conference participation for ONE booth representative. (ONE representative will receive participation in the breaks and lunches).
  • Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant. All meals are included in the conference registration fee.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm, June 28, 2019 will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after June 28, 2019.
