Note:
- Online Registration is available until October 15 at 11:59 p.m. (CST).
After October 15, registration will be available on-site during the annual meeting. - Only cancellations received in writing by Event Management&Planning ([email protected]) by 5:00 p.m., October 1, 2021 will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee.
- No refunds will be made after October 1, 2021.
Event Management&Planning (EM&P) will only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received at the time of registration.

On-Site Registration
On-site registration will be available during the following times; however, meals cannot be guaranteed for on-site registrants:
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday, November 3
- 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Thursday, November 4
- 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.; Friday, November 5
Parking
Parking is available in the garage at the hotel as long as there is availability. A parking validator will be set up at the registration desk. You must have a ticket stub to receive the discounted parking price for the hotel.
Parking is also available at the Elm Street Garage; it is a couple blocks from the hotel.
