Exhibitor Registration Fees
Two display options are available:

$950 – 10’x10’ Booth (indicated by white squares on Exhibit Layout)
Includes: 10’x10’ space; 6’ table; 2 chairs; electricity; wireless internet access (5 Mbp/s); and admission for (2) representatives to attend all sessions and meals provided to conference attendees. -
$1300 – Prime 10’x10’ Booth (indicated by green squares on Exhibit Layout)
Includes: 10’x10’ space; 6’ table; 2 chairs; electricity; wireless internet access (5 Mbp/s); and admission for (2) representatives to attend all sessions and meals provided to conference attendees.
Exhibitor Registration
Please note: Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for TWO (2) representatives. Any additional representatives may register as an ITS Texas or ITE Member at the current member rate.

Exhibit locations will be assigned on a space-available basis in the order that payment is received. Once you register online and pay your vendor fee, you will be emailed the room layout to select your booth. Exhibit Schedule
- Exhibitors may set up between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
- The exhibit area will be open 6:00 p.m., November 3, 2021, to 10:30 a.m., November 5, 2021.
- Exhibitors may begin breaking down their booths after 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021.
