Sponsorships are a great way for firms and vendors to receive recognition for contributing to the joint meeting’s success. We have included sponsor registration on this website so you can be included in conference materials.

Just a reminder, conference sponsorship does not include conference registration.

Meeting Title Sponsor Sponsors the meeting. In addition to recognition at the Platinum sponsor level, includes the company logo being incorporated into the meeting logo design and verbal recognition at the meeting. Available on a first-come, first-served basis.	1	$15,000.00
Platinum Sponsor Company logo will be on display at the registration desk, during breaks, and during lunches. Company logo will be included in the meeting program and on the meeting website.	No limit	$1,250.00

Wednesday Opening Vendor Reception Title Sponsor Sponsors the Wednesday evening opening vendor reception for the meeting. In addition to recognition at the Platinum sponsor level, includes the company logo on the sponsored event-specific signage and verbal recognition at the sponsored event. Thursday Night Social Title Sponsor Sponsors the Thursday night social event for the meeting. Thursday Morning Opening Session Sponsor Sponsors the Thursday morning opening session. Attendee Lanyard Sponsor (sponsor provides lanyards) Sponsors the attendee lanyards used during the meeting and recognition at the Platinum level. Attendee Giveaway Sponsor Sponsors the attendee giveaways, including bag or other items, with recognition at the Platinum level. Training – ITS Texas Session Sponsor Sponsors the training session for ITS Texas.
