Registration and Payment Information
Online registration will be available until Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. (CST). After this date, please plan to register on-site at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center.
Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel. The fee is $200 through Wednesday, July 13. A $100 late fee will be added to on-site registrations.

You are encouraged to register online. Please make check or money order payable to TTI-Safety22. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. NO PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
On-Site Registration
Conference registration will be available at the hotel immediately prior to the conference. An on-site registration fee of $300 will be in effect during that time. Check, money order, and credit card payments will be accepted on-site.
Cancellations
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm, June 24, 2022 will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after that date.
Speaker Registration
Speakers should register online no later than June 30, 2022.
Note: Speakers, please register for the conference even if you only plan to attend your session. We need your information so we can have conference materials ready for you when you arrive.

Hotel Reservations
The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is sold out. The Stella Hotel has agreed to honor the conference hotel room rate. You may use their online reservation link to reserve a room at the overflow hotel.
The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is holding a block of rooms for our use at a special group rate of $96.00 per night. We encourage everyone needing a room, at the group rate, to make a reservation immediately since we anticipate the rooms will be booked quickly.
You may make your hotel reservation online; or reservations can be made, modified or canceled by individuals calling reservations at (888) 654-4436. Individuals must identify themselves as being with the group, referring to the group name, “Traffic Safety Conference.”
Reservations should be made by Friday, June 24, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and may be at a higher rate.
Parking
A parking garage is connected to the hotel but not owned by the hotel. The parking fees are based on the university rates.
