We are pleased to invite you to attend and participate in the TxDOT 2022 Environmental Conference in Fort Worth. This year’s conference will consist of a half-day general session, and two and a half days of breakout sessions designed to assist you in navigating the environmental process for transportation projects. We look forward to seeing you!

Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag will be mailed. You may pick up the program when you arrive at the hotel.
Registration must be received by July 15 at 11:59 p.m. (CST), in order to receive the reduced early fee.
TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-ENVR22. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

The registration/information desk will be open during the following times:

Refunds/Cancellations
Requests must be received in writing by EM&P no later than July 29, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. (CST). The registration will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
Transfers
Registration fees may be transferred to another name in lieu of requesting a refund. To request a transfer prior to September 15, please e-mail [email protected]. Transfer requests after September 15 will be accepted on-site, at no charge.
Speaker Information
Speakers should register online.
Note: Speakers must register for the conference even if you only plan to attend your session. We need your information so we can have conference materials ready for you when you arrive.

Hotel Reservations
Accommodations have been arranged at the Hilton Fort Worth, located at 815 Main Street, Fort Worth, Texas. All hotel reservations must be received by Friday, August 26, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.

Parking
Special overnight self-parking rate will be offered for government vehicles at $20 for cars and $25 for oversized vehicles. Conference participants will also be allowed to self-park.
