Exhibitor Registration Fees
NOTE:
- Exhibitors may set up starting at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.
- The exhibit area will be open May 3-5, 2022.
- All booths must shut down by 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 5, 2022.
The registration fee, through Tuesday, March 7, 2022, is:
- $1300 for 8′ x 8′ space
After March 7, 2022, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. Exhibitors must register by Tuesday, April 5, 2022, assuming space is still available. Exhibitor registration is not available on-site.
Payment must be postmarked by March 7, 2022, to avoid the late fee. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee is received.
- There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.
- Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for ONE representative. Each additional person must register as a conference participant.
- Spaces include one draped and skirted 6′ table, two chairs, and a small wastebasket.

Cancellations
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, March 7, 2022, will be refunded, less $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after this date.
