Registration Fees & Payment Information
Pre-registration is recommended; this would help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name- tag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel. The fee is $350 until 11:59 p.m. CST, March 22, 2024. A late fee of $100 will be applied after that time.
TxDOT employees are exempt from the registration fee, but must register in advance for the conference.

You are encouraged to register online. Please make check or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Avtn2024. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. NO PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI-EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
The registration fee covers conference handouts, break refreshments, Wednesday and Thursday evening activities, including the awards banquet.
Cancellation
A $50 handling fee will apply to all cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. (CST), March 22, 2024. No refunds processed after this date.

Golf Tournament
The Texas Airports Council 2024 Golf Tournament registration is now open. Please feel free to spread the word and invite others to register and join. Proceeds will go to funding TAC Scholarships in the future.

First Time Attendee Orientation
If you are attending for the first time, traveling solo, or want the chance to meet other attendees before the big reception starts, we urge you to attend the First Time Attendee Orientation. Attending a conference for the first time can be a bit overwhelming, we are hoping this “orientation” can give an opportunity for attendees to meet friendly faces before the conference begins. This is an informal meet up on Wednesday evening before the opening reception in the exhibit hall.
Get-Acquainted Reception
A get acquainted reception is planned for Wednesday evening from 5:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. The reception will be in the Exhibit Area at the Moody Gardens Hotel with hors d’oeuvres.
Awards Banquet
Plan to join us on Thursday evening for the Awards Banquet. All registered participants are encouraged to attend. Guest tickets are available for $60. You can purchase guest tickets online when registering for the conference.
Hotel Reservations
Accommodations have been arranged at the Moody Gardens Hotel located at Seven Hope Boulevard, Galveston, Texas, 77554. All hotel reservations must be received by Monday, April 1, at 5:00 p.m. (CST), or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
Please note that all TxDOT employees will need to pay for their rooms upon arrival. Reservations for Moody Gardens are not available through Hotel Engine.

You must provide State/Government ID upon hotel check in.
