Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases, there will be no on-site registration at the Texas Aviation Conference.

We recognize that several people have reached out to TxDOT Aviation staff wishing to register on-site. In order to accommodate these requests, online registration will be open until we reach our maximum participant level of 440 or until 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 30. Currently, we have 410 registrations.

We will not be accepting any on-site registrations and will cap registration at 440 participants.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We look forward to hosting everyone next week!

NOTE: We will only be accepting credit cards for registration payment.

Registration Fees & Payment Information

Pre-registration recommended; this would help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, we will mail your name-tag. The program packet and other material can be picked up when you arrive at the hotel. The fee is $200 until 11:59 p.m. CST, June 25, 2021. A late fee of $75 will be applied after that time.

TxDOT employees are exempt from the registration fee, but must register in advance for the conference.

Attendance may be limited based on current COVID-19 restrictions at the time of the event.

To participate you must register online. Please make check or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Avtn2021. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. NO PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI-EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Cancellation

A $50 handling fee will apply to all cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. (CST), June 25, 2021. No refunds processed after this date.

Get-Acquainted Reception

A get acquainted reception is planned for Wednesday evening from 5:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. The reception will be in the Exhibit Area at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center with hors d’oeuvres.

Awards Banquet

Plan to join us on Thursday evening for the Awards Banquet. All registered participants are encouraged to attend.

Hotel Reservations

The Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center Hotel is holding a block of rooms for our use at a group rate of $129. We encourage everyone who needs a sleeping room, at the group rate, to make a reservation immediately. You may make your reservation online.

We anticipate the rooms will be booked quickly. Make reservations by Sunday, July 4, 2021 to receive the discounted rates. After this date, rooms may be available at a higher rate.
