Meal

Lunch on TTI Day will be a picnic lunch on the Terrace!

A variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunches will be available.

We understand that some individuals have very strict dietary restrictions and may be unable to consume items outside their diet. If you have special dietary needs, you are welcome to bring food to supplement what is being served.

Parking

If you have a valid TAMU parking permit, park in Lots 100 A-G (around the sides of Reed Arena) and 100 J (near the Outdoor Adventures entrance of the Rec Center.) (Don’t park in lot 102 directly in front of Reed. It is NOT an “any valid permit” lot.)

If you do not have a valid TAMU parking permit, park in West Campus Garage. Pull a ticket when you enter. At the registration desk, you can exchange that ticket for a green ticket that will allow you to exit at no charge to you.

See the parking map showing each parking location.

Registration Information

Please register now if you plan to attend TTI Day 2017. Registration will be open until Thursday, May 11, at 5:00 p.m.

It is very important for you to register. We order meals based on how many people register. We don’t want to waste money on meals that are not going to get eaten, and we don’t want to waste meals, so please help us by registering in advance.

If you do not register in advance, you will receive a handwritten name badge when you arrive on site. You will be asked to wait to get in line until all pre-registered attendees have gotten their meals.

In addition, for this year’s TTI Day, each attendee will receive a really cool gift. If you are not registered, we will not have a gift for you.

Cancellations

If your plans change and you need to cancel, please notify us by Monday, May 15.

We understand that things come up, and we’re happy to cancel your registration if you can’t be there, just please let us know.

Annual TTI Day Charity: Salvation Army—Summer Fan Drive

About The Salvation Army

“Doing The Most Good.” In these four words, the Salvation Army’s mission — to feed, to clothe, to comfort, to care. To rebuild broken homes and broken lives. By walking with the addicted, they can lead them to recovery. In fighting hunger and poverty, they can feed and nurture the spirit.

The Salvation Army operates 7,546 centers in communities across the United States. These include food distribution, disaster relief, rehabilitation centers, anti-human trafficking efforts, and a wealth of children’s programs. Work is funded through kettle donations, corporate contributions, and the sale of goods donated to our Salvation Army Family Stores. Eighty-two cents of every dollar they spend supports the various missions across the country.

The Summer Fan Drive Program

The fan program collects monetary donations for the purchase of box fans. These fans are then distributed in the summer months to qualified individuals, free of charge. This program is critical because summer heat can pose dangerous health consequences for the elderly, ill or disabled. TTI donations to the Summer Fan Drive Program will be distributed throughout the State of Texas for the fan drives.

You will have an opportunity to donate online with your registration, or donate cash/checks during TTI Day.
