A display booth fee will not be charged for car seat manufacturers or companies directly related to child passenger safety. Display booths consist of a draped table, two chairs, and a small waste basket. There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the booth you desire! A floor plan will be sent to you upon the receipt of your registration.

Exhibitor/Vendor Information
The Vendor fee is $500 and applies to industry representatives not directly related to child passenger safety, but selling a product or service that might appeal to conference participants. This fee includes conference registration for one attendee.

The registration fee through May 25, 2018 is $500 for a tabletop booth. After May 25, 2018, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card.
Exhibitor registration will not be available on-site. Exhibitors must register by May 25, 2018, assuming space is still available.
Payment
Payment must be postmarked by May 25, 2018 to avoid the late fee. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-CPS18. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Cancellations
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm, May 25, 2018 will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after May 25, 2018.
