We are pleased to invite you to attend and participate in the TxDOT 2018 Environmental Conference in Dallas, Texas. This year’s conference will consist of one day of general session and two days of breakout sessions designed to assist you in navigating the environmental process for transportation projects. Registration Fees and Payment Information
Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel.
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) employees are not required to pay a registration fee for this conference. However, please register so that a nametag will be available for you upon check-in at the conference.

Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CST), July 13, 2018 in order to avoid the late fee. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-ENVR18. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Cancellations/Refunds
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm (CST) Friday, August 10, 2018 will be refunded; less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after August 10, 2018.
Speaker Information
Speakers should register online no later than August 10, 2018.
Note: Speakers must register for the conference even if you only plan to attend your session. We need your information so we can have conference materials ready for you when you arrive.

Hotel Reservations
Accommodations have been arranged at the Omni Dallas Hotel Park West, located at 1590 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, Texas. All hotel reservations must be received by Friday, August 10, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.

Please note:
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card at the time of reservation.
- A limited number of government rate rooms are available. Valid Government Identification with photo will be required upon check in.
