The spring meeting will be held at the St. Anthony, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Antonio, which is located on 300 East Travis Street in San Antonio, Texas. Stroll to the San Antonio River Walk from the iconic AAA Four Diamond hotel; only three blocks away. Spend a day exploring The Alamo, or take the family to the San Antonio Zoo.

You are encouraged to register online. Please make check or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-TexITE19. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. NO PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED.

The registration fee includes entrance to Plenary and breakout sessions, Highway Products Group Display, and one ticket to the Kick-Off Luncheon, Tuesday Night Social, and Business Luncheon.
Cancellation
A $50 handling fee will apply to all cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. CST on March 22 , 2019. No refunds will be processed after this time. However, at any time, if the registered participant cannot attend this conference, someone else may attend in his/her place.

Hotel Reservations
The St Anthony is holding a block of rooms at the government/state rate of $124 per night (plus applicable taxes) and a conference room rate of $249 per night (plus applicable taxes).
The special room rate will be available until March 16, 2019 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
