The conference sessions will focus on the planning, development and implementation of projects, programs and portfolio delivery. The agenda and discussions are based on the topics developed by the Emphasis Area Teams. We look forward to seeing you in Austin!
Registration Fees and Payment Information
Online registration has reached capacity. We are not able to accept additional registrations. We will not be able to accept any onsite registrations due to the space limitations.
Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag and program will be ready when you arrive at the hotel.
TxDOT employees will be able to complete the registration process without indicating a payment method. TxDOT will handle payment for all TxDOT participants.

Payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CST), September 9, 2019 in order to avoid the late registration fee. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-PMD19. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Cancellations/Refunds
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. (CST), September 23, 2019 will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after September 23, 2019.

Hotel Reservations
Accommodations have been arranged at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, located at 6505 N Interstate 35, Austin, Texas.
The DoubleTree by Hilton is holding a block of rooms for our use at a group rate of $145.
Make your reservation by Monday, September 30, 2019 to receive the discounted rate or before the room block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel.
We encourage everyone who needs a sleeping room, at the group rate, to make a reservation immediately. You may make your hotel reservation online or you may also call for reservations at (800) 866-3126, group name: PMD.
Please note: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card at the time of reservation.

Self parking: $5 per vehicle per night for day and overnight use.
